PROJECT / HOSPITALITY TELEPHONY

Commodore Hotel London.
Telephony from the ground up.

A greenfield telephone system for the hotel, designed around guest rooms and operational teams. Hillsnet installed 90 phones and an on-site Grandstream UCM PBX as one complete platform.

THE CHALLENGE

A new property setup.
One complete phone system.

As a greenfield installation, the hotel needed a complete telephone platform rather than a migration from an existing system. The solution had to support 90 phones across the property and give the hotel a practical foundation for day-to-day communication.

The project brought the PBX and phones together as one coordinated installation, with the system planned around the requirements of a working hotel.

THE SOLUTION

Plan. Configure.
Commission with care.

Build a clear, manageable hotel telephony platform from the start.

Plan the hotel deployment

Hillsnet planned the telephone system around the property’s 90-phone requirement, creating a clear scope for the PBX and handset deployment.

Configure the UCM PBX

An on-site Grandstream UCM PBX formed the centre of the system, providing one platform for managing the hotel’s telephone service.

Install 90 phones

Hillsnet installed and configured 90 phones across the hotel as part of the greenfield rollout.

Test and hand over

The complete solution was commissioned as one system, giving the hotel a practical telephone platform ready for everyday use.

THE RESULT

One platform.
Ready for hotel operations.

Commodore Hotel London received a complete greenfield telephone system: 90 phones connected to an on-site Grandstream UCM PBX. The result is a clear, centrally managed platform built around the property’s communication needs.

PLANNING A NEW HOTEL SYSTEM?

Start with the rooms,
teams and call flows.

A hotel telephone project starts with the number of rooms and users, the needs of reception and operational teams, and how calls should move through the property. We turn those requirements into a practical installation plan.
