Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, enquiry details and any other information you include. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive personal information. The website form submits your enquiry securely to our server, which uses SMTP2GO to send it to Hillsnet and send you an acknowledgement. Your enquiry is handled as email correspondence; the website database stores only temporary submission identifiers, status and spam-prevention counters, rather than the message content.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to reply, understand your requirements and discuss or prepare a proposal. For business contacts, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries. Where you personally request a service or quotation, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We may also retain information where needed to comply with legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website hosting and service providers
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request timestamps to deliver and protect the website. SMTP2GO and our mailbox provider process enquiry messages and acknowledgement emails. Spam-prevention counters use a keyed hash of your IP address; temporary counters and submission records are routinely removed after approximately two days. Access to enquiry information is limited to people and providers who need it to handle the enquiry or provide the relevant service.
These providers may process information outside the UK; this hosting service does not guarantee UK or European-only processing. Fonts, cookies and local processing
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve them, which exposes technical connection information such as your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information. The website code does not add advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tracker. Hosting providers may use technical security mechanisms. Form details remain in the current browser page until you submit the enquiry. The form uses temporary request tokens and submission counters to reduce spam and duplicate sending.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting discussions. Relevant correspondence may be retained as part of a customer or project record, or where needed for legal obligations or resolving a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the enquiry, the resulting relationship and any applicable legal requirements. Contact us to ask about retention of your specific correspondence.
Your rights
